Letterheads in DIN A4 and DIN A5

We print your letterheads in conventional DIN formats such as DIN A4 (210 x 297 mm) or DIN A5 (148 x 210 mm), ensuring all letters fit perfectly in standard envelopes! Depending on the motif or template, we can print your letterheads in portrait or landscape format. The landscape format is particularly recommended if you don’t necessarily plan to use these print products for mailings.

Many different printing options

Single-sided printing in black is the standard, but you can also choose from the following options if you wish to print your letterheads in a combination of black text and multiple colours:

1 color, 2 colors, 3 colors and full color CMYK

As a special highlight, we offer two options for printing gold or silver inks. First the classical method in offset printing and second in digital printing. With the latter, it is also possible to use with small print runs. Printing of Gold Digital/Silver Digital is done using metallic toner with special pigments that create a reflection. As a result, it is in no way inferior to offset printing and enables metallic effects even in gradations. With the "Gold/Silver Digital" option, four-colour printing can be enhanced with gold and silver at the same time! The luxurious silver and gold decorations invite you to touch, marvel at and browse the pages and stylishly complete your professional appearance. Whether delicate highlights or full-surface printing - silver and gold inks can mean the difference between just looking at and wanting to keep. Give your print the "Midas touch".

Single or double-sided printing

You can of course have your letterheads printed single-sided or double-sided at favori.ro. Footers can be added to the back, e.g. if you want to save paper and print on both sides of your bill.

Different types of paper to choose from

For standard letterheads, you can choose from four offset papers in thicknesses of 80 gsm, 90 gsm, 100 gsm and 120 gsm. Our recycled paper has a thickness of 80 gsm, and is certified under the Blue Angel. All types of paper available here are suitable for use in conventional printers. If you want your note paper to have an exclusive look, we recommend printing on premium paper, giving you the following options:

100 gsm Premium Chamois: This paper has a great feel thanks to its velvety surface.

120 gsm Premium Ribbed: Ribbed paper represents exquisite style.

115 gsm Premium Bright White: Like chamois, bright white paper impresses with its smooth yet soft surface.

130 gsm Premium Linen: Linen paper is a classic when it comes to high-quality letterheads.

Even more exclusive – Your refinement options

In addition to an extensive selection of papers, we also offer additional refinement options. If you choose offset paper, you can give your products 100 gsm hot foil flat embossing or intense hot foil relief embossing. Premium papers such as Premium Linen, Ribbed or even offset paper are also available with blind embossing, giving your note paper extra visual and tactile effects.

FAQ to the product letterpaper

1. How are the letterheads delivered?

The letterheads are packed in grey cartons. As a reference point, it can be assumed that 800 pieces with a grammage of 80 gsm will fit inside a grey cardboard box. The cartons are also delivered inside an outer carton that can hold up to 4 grey cartons at once. Order here!

2. Can I print my own logo on the letterheads?

You can design the stationery completely yourself or use our FreeDesign tool to select a template and add individual content. Order here!

3. Can the letterheads also be ordered consisting of 2 sheets?

Yes, that' s possible. To do this, select the number 2 for "Versions" in the configurator. This allows you to order letters with up to 10 different pages.

4. Where do I place fold marks on the letterhead?

Fold marks can be placed at:

Upper fold mark at 87 mm (measured from the upper paper edge)

Middle mark (for hole punch) at 148,5 mm (measured from the upper paper edge)

Lower fold mark at 192 mm (measured from the upper paper edge)

5. How heavy is a sheet of letterhead paper?

This will largely depends on the grammage of the paper and the used refinements.

6. Are punched holes available as an customisation option?

No, letterheads will only be delivered without punched holes.
